Questions

Who counts as a fee-earner?

Anyone who bills time under their own name. Staff who enter time for others, run intake or reconcile trust are free.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month, and we give 30 days' written notice before any price change.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export everything as CSV and JSON at any time, including transaction-level trust ledgers. After you cancel you keep read-only access to export for 12 months.

Do card fees come out of my trust account?

Never. A payment to trust is credited in full, and the processing fee is charged to your operating account.

Are any features on higher plans only?

No. Solo and Firm include every feature. The only difference is how many attorneys bill time.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Move your existing number to LawMOR, or forward it to a new LawMOR number while you decide.
