Generate the CTAPP review packet
Download everything a State Bar-approved CPA asks for, with a list of exceptions to fix first.
Check readiness
On a reconciliation page, the CTAPP review packet card shows how many monthly reconciliations are signed and whether deposits have receipt notices and transfers are linked to invoices. Pick the Review period to check.
Generate the packet
Select Generate packet, on the reconciliation page or in Trust on the CTAPP packet tab with From and To dates. Confirm your second factor when asked.
Review exceptions
When the packet is ready, it lists any Exceptions to fix before a review, or shows No exceptions found.
Download it
Select Download ZIP. It holds the account inventory, signed reconciliations, journal, client ledgers, deposits with receipt notices, disbursements and transfers, statements, fee agreements index, float activity and a self-assessment. Each file is hashed in the manifest.
